Hi I’m Monika! I’m the girl behind Blush Bloom Beauty! I created the studio because I’ve always loved helping women feel beautiful, confident and a little more like themselves. To me your lash appointment is more than just getting your lashes done. How should I come to my lash appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascare, eyeliner, eye shadow or any other eye makeup. The cleaner your natural lashes are, the more time we have to create your perfect set.
What if I don’t know which lash set to book?
That is totally ok! We’ll talk about the look you are going for at the beginning of your appointment and choose the style that complements your eyes, natural lashes and personal preference.
How long does a full set take?
Full sets can take 3 to 3.5 hours. I never want to rush your lashes so come ready to get comfy, relax and enjoy a little time for yourself.
How often should I get a fill?
Most clients come back every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on their natural lash cycle, after care and retention.
Can I wear contacts at my lash appointment?
For your comfort, I recommend removing your contacts prior to your lash service. Feel free to bring your glasses or contact case with you.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes! Just be gentle around your lashes and avoid mascara on your extensions. Keeping your lashes clean is one of the biggest parts of maintaining good retention.
How do I take care of my lashes at home?
Wash your lashes daily with a lash safe cleanser. Brush them gently with a clean spoolie and avoid picking, pulling or rubbing your extensions. Clean lashes equals happy lashes.
Can I sleep during my appointment?
Please do. Your appointment is your time. We can talk and laugh the entire appointment or you can put your phone away and take the best lash nap ever – whatever makes you comfortable!
